Firstly, some great news! I have managed to secure my third interviewee. The UCU replied to my email and they forwarded it to Robert Copeland who is the lead official on international work and he agreed to be interviewed by me on 26th November.
On the other hand, this week has also been challenging because I have had no engagement with my Twitter campaign that I set up a while ago. Therefore, I have decided to switch back to Instagram where I will post pictures of all three of my interviewees, introducing them and what their roles are. I will also post small snippets of each of their interviews to tease what the listeners can look forward to hearing in the finished radio documentary.
I have also started to edit my first 2 interviews which is a big challenge because each interview ranges from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, so there is a lot of content to sift through in order to find the best parts that I want to include.
My aim for next week is to conduct Robert's interview successfully, finish editing the first 2 interviews and then begin to edit Robert's interview.
