Like in the last blog entry this will be a summary of Fatema's interview and some complications I ran into and how I resolved them.
So to begin with, this is a summary of Fatema's interview:
She told me about what the effects of COVID-19 are having on her students she is working with. For example, anxiety and panic due to the uncertainty of the whole situation and how it will affect their education. She also mentioned about how students having a lack of routine affects their mental health and wellbeing.
During editing her first interview, I realised that I wanted her to talk about how loneliness translates into international students' daily life. So I arranged to have another interview with her earlier today and I am now writing this blog post just after conducting that interview with her. Fatema said some really good soundbites about loneliness and I plan to include a lot of them in the final documentary. Listen out for them when the finished documentary is released on this website.
The next blog post will have a similar format but instead it will be a summary of Maika's interview.
